Cong blames Sanjay Gandhi for Emergency ‘excesses’

"Yavvanam,Dhanasampathi:,Prabhutvam,Avivekatha Ekaikamapi Anardhaya, Kimu Yathra Chathushtayam?" questions the often misunderstood Philosopher King Manu, it means Youthful exuberance, Easy and Excess Money, Power of Authority and Stupidity, any one of these four will suffice to cause destruction, what to speak of when all four of these are present with an individual? Late mr.Sanjay Gandhui was the shadow prime minister when he was in prime youth, but nobody from the Congress Party objected then, tried to stop him,but,instead, they 'seated him on their heads', to use a local idiom,further when even Mrs Indira Gandhi was not able to control her own son, how could she be expected to control the populace of this biggest democracy in the World? The Congress Party is now conveniently throwing the responsibility of some undoings on the dead mr.Sanjay Gandhi, because he is no more, leaving aside mrs. Indira Gandhi, because even her name can bring some votes for her charishma, they dont want to forego them, and that the family of late mr.Sanjay Gandhi is no more with the Congress and they are with their arch rivals, the BJP! But, democracy functions on the principle of collective responsibility of The Ruling and the Ruled and if the politicians of the Emergency Era failed in ruling, the voters failed by voting them to power and thank God, that, the people of this country often corrected their mistakes, of course, at least after paying the price for their mistakes dearly!
Tata slams Rajeev Chandrasekhar and GSM operators

What strong reactions from People who dont know anything. Telecom has everyone corrupt:Ministers,Bureaucrats,CEOs,Owners.Depends which minister is close to who.Sukhram introduced Mobiles.Sunll Mittal had gone to Narsimha Raos residence with 1 cr in a suitcase.Year 1994.Pramod Mahajan gave dual license to Ambani and subscriber number based spectrum to Mittal and existing.Raja democratized the corruption process and introduced new.But each time tariffs are falling and consumers gaining.Only Tata has not really benefitted directly.I am the founding member in the telecom industry-therefore I know the corruption levels.Airtel,Aircel,Etisalat,Loop,Vodafone....all in the same boat-with corrupt managements and corrupt CEOs.

I gone through most of the comments and I think ppl dont know much about the subject or Tata's letter and they don't want to listen anything against BJP. fact is that Tata is fovouring probe but he has suggested to look since 2001, there are many ppl saying Tata bought in 1650 cr and sold 25% to Docomo in 12000cr but they dont know that tata didnt sell GSM spectrum, the sold 25% stake in tata teleservices which had at that time 38 million subscriber base, 15000 sites, 50000km fiber network....if u remember WLL to limited mobility to full moblity to unified license all happened in NDA govt ...Mr Shourie has told that he was not allowed to speak to favour certain corporate house....let me clarify again that Tata has not given any clean chit to Cong or Raja, he saying that he supports probe...he has hit back at Chandrasekhar for writing a letter with an intention to malign Tatas image
Now, the following story is something extraordinary for two reasons- (a) an apparently tortured lady attacked a powerful Bihar MLA with a long lit of criminal records, and stabbed him to death (b) it happened almost simultaneously when a security guard of the governor of the Punjab province of Pakistan Salman Taseer gunned him down (albeit for some other reason);
It shows that the politicians, who are considered the safest people on the planet, are not safe anymore- they have to be now more accountable for what they do. And people are getting intolerant and vocal about their frustrations as well.

'Sexually harassed' woman stabs Purnea MLA to death

It is very refreshing to see that there are still people out there with courage. All those who end up committing suicide because they are frustrated from life due to the atrocities of the government and it's care takers should learn a lesson. Don't kill yourself take out a corrupt politician or an officer or two. Leave a mark behind. Although Hinsa is against my principals in life but both extremes exist in the same domain. I did not experience what you did so I cannot feel what you do and hence I have no right to judge you for your actions. You did a brave thing that most of the people in the world would not have the courage to do and all those who beat you up should be punished by death. For the man you killed was no saint he was most definitely a monster. I still say follow Gandhivaad. Gandhivaad is an ideology pillared on nonviolence, truth, simplicity and most importantly self realization. Gandhivaad is neither bound by nor limited to any one race, religion, color, culture or nation; it is an action by a commoner that can topple the mountains of corruption, injustice and tyranny. It is the single most powerful force that alone can shake down the entire system. Jai Hind. Long Live Gandhivaad.

I also seem to figure that the famous quote by Marshall McLuhan applies- the medium is the mesage. The report is a bit biased towards the lady and inciting as well. The investigation is yet to be done but there is sufficient masala in this report for an electronic uproar. People are up rallying massive support for the lady.

I strongly support Mrs Pathak. When someone does not get justice from the official mechanism (police/judiciary), he/she is left with little option but to take law in his/her own hands and that's what Mrs Pathak has done. We would cheer if we saw something like this in movies. Let's not be silent when this is happening in real life. Let us hope that the others who are raping the country also get same treatment by the country. Jai Hind.

Whats wrong with everybody?Unless the investigation is done,some facts are revealed,how can anyone make such judgements.The lady may have been tormented by this MLA,but unless the facts come out it would be very unfair to go by that woman's statement only.The dead cannot talk,so we must have a comprehensive and fair investigation.

But the sluggish Indian justice system adds continuously stated examples of 'justice denied' to the point that it makes us disillusioned. The concept of quick justice is something the public demands.

If she was raped for the past three years, she should have killed him three years back itself. Did she tolerate for the past 3 yrs or she enjoyed it and now killed him because she did get what she wanted. The case should be thorughly investigated before coming to a conclusion.
